Traore Signs for Portsmouth for Season Long Loan

Arsenal full back Armand Traore has signed for Portsmouth for a season long loan.

The 19 year old Frenchman signed for Arsenal in 2006 from Monaco has mostly played in cup fixtures. With the new signing of Silvestre, Traore has found places limited at the Emirates and will sign for Harry Redknapp’s Portsmouth. His new manager was in search for a pacy midfielder and Traore looks to fill that void.

Traore played the end of last season at left wing after some poor performances at full back letting in nine goals in two games in two cup matches. Armand will be looking to come back with more experience and matches under his belt.
