Arsenal 1-1 Liverpool: Player Ratings + Stats

Manuel Almunia (7): A commanding game. Great at rushing out to deny Liverpool on the long ball, good kicking and made a fine save from Kuyt.

Bakary Sagna (7): Supported the attack well on the right hand side and had the measure of Riera and Insua for the most part. yellow card

Johan Djourou (6): Troubled by the long ball behind but anything in front he dealt with well.

William Gallas (6): Was the better of the two defenders reading the game well but the long ball was still a problem.

  1. the boys did well but I cannot say the same about the referee-absolutly diabolical! How does this damn gaffer still have a job!? Simply unbelieveable Arsenal are always getting screwed out of something EVERY SINGLE GAME! I’m so sick and tired of it and NO to the comment about Ade. No that is not how the rules work, if so then that damn bitch Lucas would have been sent off in the first half RIGHT!? Bullshit referees, Webb should be fired or at least never allowed to referee another Arsenal game for the rest of his career. Absolutly criminal that he can get away with such utter impotence and inability to do his job correctly. Can’t stand the piece of shit, someone kill him please.

ps. in on way do i want him dead-just dead in our world of football is all.

  2. Denilson was pretty good in the second half and defensively ,esp. in the midfield i think it was a good display from the gunners.Nasri was invisible throughout the game. His only good pass led to the goal.

I sure hope Wenger brings in Ramsey as a direct swap for Fabregas in the next few matches. And i hope to see the best of Eboue again.
For me the formation should be …without Adebayor and Fabregas

    Van Persie

  3. gritty powerfull refusing to give in, is this the new Arsenal
we did well to get a point, the ade decision was pathetic! the support was amazing we need to keep that up gooners! come on the Arsenal!
